Translated from French. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
This page explains in plain terms what data we process on cddapp.ch and why, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). In short: we collect the minimum, sell nothing, and you can have everything deleted.

Waitlist
When you sign up, we store:
- your email address;
- your canton, if you choose one;
- the website language and sign-up date;
- if you arrive through a share link, the code of the person who invited you (a pseudonymous code, not their email).
This data is only used to notify you at launch and to show the Canton Race ranking, which only shows the number of sign-ups per canton, never who. No advertising, no selling, no sharing with third parties for commercial purposes.
It is kept until launch and for as long as you stay signed up. You can ask for deletion at any time by writing to contact@cddapp.ch.
Demo
The demo runs in your browser: your test profile, contracts and conversations stay on your device (local storage) and are not stored by us. The demo profiles are fictional.
So that the fictional profiles can reply, the messages you write are sent to an AI service (Public AI, Groq or Cloudflare), which generates the reply or translation. Please do not write sensitive personal information there.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own website.
Providers and transfers abroad
The website is hosted by Vercel and the waitlist is stored with Supabase, on servers in Zurich (Switzerland). These providers, as well as the demo's AI services, may process data outside Switzerland, notably in the United States. These transfers rely on the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers) or on standard contractual clauses recognised by the FDPIC.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@cddapp.ch. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
After launch
The CDD app will have its own, more complete privacy policy (SMS and selfie verification, messages, reports). It will be published before accounts open.
